How do I  submit a listing in the Buy & Sell GSE Equipment and Parts?

A:

1. You must first become a site member (click on the registration tab on the top menu)  and then login (top menu). Next go to either Buy & Sell GSE or Parts (as they are in separate sections).

2. On the front page of either you will see "My (Parts or Equipment ) Control Panel" - click on this and you must then pay for your advertisement before you can add your info and images. The payment options are at the bottom of the page.

3. Click on the relevant "Buy now" button.

4.You will be taken to the PayPal check out page, you don't need a PayPal account to pay this way, just follow instructions on the front page or login if you are already a PayPal member.

Once payment is made PayPal will confirm and you will see a button that says "Return to Star GSE Services INC" - click on this and you will be returned to the payment confirmation page (which also has these instructions on it).

5. Go back to the My Control Panel (either for the parts or equipment) and down the bottom you will now see an example listing. You must now edit this to add all of your own info and images.

Just click on the edit icon  and fill in as many details as possible. Please note: ALL IMAGES MUST BE IN JPEG FORMAT.

6. Once all details are added, press the 'submit listing' button down the bottom of the page.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL LISTINGS WILL BE CHECKED BY AN ADMINISTRATOR. ANY LISTINGS WHICH ARE NOT APPROPRIATE MAY NEED TO BE EDITED UNDER THE ADVICE OF AN ADMINISTRATOR BEFORE BEING PUBLISHED.

How do I edit a listing in the Equipment or Parts Buy & Sell?

How do submit a positions vacant in the job listings?

A:

You must first register to become a member of the site (use the login/ register button on the top menu) and then login. Next go to the job listings page and select "Add entry" at the top of the page. Fill in all details, and at the bottom left of the page select a relevant category, finish by clicking the arrows on the right. You must also agree to the website terms and conditions by checking the box.  Then press submit.

You will then be taken to a new screen with the balance of fees payable. Click on the PayPal button to pay (you don't need a PayPal account).

How do I edit my ad in the job listings?

A:

First you must login, then find your listing in the jobs section. You will see "edit" at the top of the page. Click this and you will be taken to the edit form.

I have submitted my listing/ ad, why can't I see it on the site?

A:

All listings must first be approved by one of our website administrators. This is to make sure there are no unsuitable or malicious listings placed. Please allow up to 48 hours for approval. Once your listing is approved you will receive a confirmation email.

How long will my listing be published?

A:

Euipment and Parts listings are published until sold - please remember to edit or delete your listing when it is sold.

Job listings are for 30 days.

Is this site safe to add my details and make payments to?

Yes, this website has an SSL certificate installed which encrypts your information on the relevant pages. Please note the Comodo Trust Logo at the bottom right of the website, you can click on this for our certificate information.
