Fees & charges

Star GSE Services INC. and its affiliated sites are new websites and we reserve the right to change listing rates and fees at any time and without notice.

Any listings deemed not suitable by our administration team will not be published until they have been corrected. Unsuitable content would be self advertising the business instead of the equipment, parts or job position, mailicious content, adult content and bad language.  In the event of this you would be advised by our administration team and given the opportunity to edit your listing. These conditions also apply to any listings that have been previously approved and then re-edited by the member. Any listings that have never been approved nor published and are classified to remain that way will receive a full refund.

Any listings that have already been approved and published are not entitled to a refund.

Listing

Star GSE Services INC. gives no guarantees that you will sell your equipment or parts or fill a position vacant because it's listed on your site and we will not be held liable for any cost incurred by you for doing so for whatever reason.

We also do not guarantee that you will find the equipment or parts that you are looking for.

Listings are only to be used for the advertising of the equipment or parts in question and not for advertising an agents or any other business.  The seller or agents contact details that were supplied in their Profile will be shown on the detail page of each listing. Once submitted, any new or edited listings will be approved by our administration team before the listing is published.  We reserve the right to edit, delete or move a listing for any reason we see fit, if for example; if it's been placed in the wrong category we will move it to the correct category, or if a listing has too much advertising for an agent or other business instead of concentrating on the listing itself we may remove that advertising or contact the seller/ agent and ask them to edit the listing before it is published, or if it is deemed inappropriate for our websites for whatever reason, it may be deleted without notice or prior consent of the seller/agent.

Members Registration

You must register to list your equiptment, parts or positions vacant or to use our 'Shortlist' feature. We will not share your personal details with anyone. Please note that anything you enter in 'your profile' may be viewed by the general public (users of this site) and it is up to the member to judge what information they give out.

You MUST be over 18 to register with this site, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you are admitting that you meet this age requirement.

Contacting Sellers

Each seller/ agent that lists on our sites must provide at least an email address. A link to contact seller is then supplied on the equipment/parts/jobs details page. A seller may also choose to add their phone number in their description. It is up to the user to decide whether to contact the seller. Star GSE Services INC. cannot be held responible for any correspondance that you have with the seller or buyer.

All listings are taken in good faith that they are genuine. Star GSE Services INC will not be held responsible for false or misleading listings.
